Dylan Thomas Mastroianni was born on August 12, 2003. He was a beautiful, blue-eyed baby with a huge smile. Unfortunately, he suffered from a condition called Hirschsbrungs Disease (intestinal disorder). Through complications from this disease, he passed away suddenly on November 18, 2003. His life, although short, impacted many and his name lives on thanks to this playground and family and friends who will never forget him.
